Registration Information:

1. For donation, please send zelle payment to harlin.chen@hotmail.com (In the note, please indicate player’s full name, USCF ID, which section he or she will play. If it is unrated section, please indicate which grade is kid in currently. If he is going to take a bye, please also indicate which round he or she will take a bye.)

2. Registration deadline: end of day 02/14/2021

3. This tournament is not a rated tournament.

4. In case of ties, awards will be decided by tiebreaks.

5. Refund/Withdraw policies: withdrawals from tournament are acceptable. Please provide notification to the organizer 48 hours before tournament starts and get a full refund. After the deadline, the fee will not refunded and will be used for donation. After tournament starts, if you need to withdraw, please inform TD right away.

6. Guidelines for Behavior of Participants: We reserve the right to decline service for anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior. In case of cheating, forfeiture of game and or removal from the tournament will be implemented.

Every Player needs to join the zoom in order to have his/her result count. Camera needs to be on all the time during tournament and TD needs to be able to see the player and the screen clearly.
