Founder of Jon-Joc Chess since 2020

Hi, I am Jonathan Chen, the founder of Jon-Joc Chess.

I became a National Chess Master at the age of 10 and FIDE Master at the age of 13 and I am two times National Grade Champion and 2021 National Middle School Co-champion.

I started to play chess when I was 4 ½ years old. After that, chess has become one of the most important things in my life. Because of chess, I made a lot of good friends (some of them are my long time opponents). I was able to travel around the world (more than 20 countries so far) because of chess.

I want to help more kids to learn how to play chess and to understand how chess will help to change their life, just like me.
